TFMC website is a public register for Thai market participants who have adhered to the FX Global Code to publish their Statement of Commitments and Disclosure Cover Sheets (if available). The TFMC public register is listed on the Global Index of Public Registers, which is a center page of public registers around the globe.
To submit a Statement of Commitment to TFMC, please submit a completed version of a Statement of Commitment to FMD-standards@bot.or.th
TFMC does not take any responsibility for verifying the information provided by market participants, nor monitor compliance of the adherence for market participants. If there is any change in the information provided or adherence status, market participants shall promptly contact TFMC.
Renewal of adherence to FX Global Code
The FX Global Code will be reviewed and updated from time to time to reflect changes, emerging issues and development in the FX market. Market participants who have adhered the Code should renew the adherence when the Code is updated by taking appropriate steps to maintain the adherence status with regard to size and complexity of their activities, and the nature of their engagement in the FX market.
